.... the tiles are done, I love the colors and the pattern, even if there was a lot of cutting on the edges.

....CABINETS.... there still is a lot to do, but the shells of the cabinets are done, I have to screw them together and attach the hardware, but I already love the look, it is much more open without that half-wall.

...a new kitchen needs some new linens, I found a great tutorial how to make this crochet border here

it is simple and if you use cotton yarn you can wash it as usual and it does not shrink.
